We wanted to take a moment to let you know that we are pleased with the 3 level, 2 car garage addition that Project Plus Design Build engineered and constructed for us. As we would all agree, the project took longer than originally planned. However, it was a very challenging job, to say the least, and your team never hesitated to complete the job to our complete satisfaction.

Honesty and integrity are two items that are so often sacrificed in this fast paced world that we live in today. You never gave in to the temptation to just "finish" the job. You stayed with us to the mutually agreed completion and for that we thank you personally.

We have had a number of compliments relative to the integration of the new addition to the existing structure and how well the addition flows to the existing house. Your extra efforts to "get it right" obviously paid off for everyone.
